Notices

Choice of Law

No Waiver

Any failure of NewLake Capital Partners, Inc. to enforce any provision of these Terms of Use shall not be construed a waiver of any rights under such provision or any other provision of the Terms of Use.

NewLake Capital Partners, Inc. does not condone the use of cannabis except where permissible by state law. The Site does not possess, distribute, or sell cannabis products.
